Opposition Angeles City Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. administers last July 21 the oath of the newly-elected officers of Salapungan Elementary School Grade 1 Parent Teacher Association led by its President Jaycelyn Salenga. Lazatin has been supportive of the projects of Salapungan Elementary School.
