Delegations from the Municipal Government of Sampaloc, Quezon, the Municipality of Calauag, Quezon, and the Provincial Government of Batangas visited the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) to learn from Clark’s best practices. The activity included a tour of CDC’s Business One‑Stop Shop (BOSS), which showcases streamlined processes and coordinated service systems designed to enhance ease of doing business.

Under the leadership of CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, Clark continues to serve as a model for Local Government Units (LGUs) seeking to improve efficiency and service delivery.

The delegation from Sampaloc, Quezon also engaged with the CDC Communications Division in a separate learning session. The discussion focused on CDC’s strategic communication practices, creative production, social media engagement, and information management—highlighting how Clark shares its expertise beyond business operations to strengthen institutional communication.

Meanwhile, the Local Government Unit of Calauag, Quezon, led by Vice Mayor Leah Dela Cruz, also conducted a benchmarking visit in the Freeport on Thursday, November 27, to learn from Clark’s operational systems and governance innovations.

The other group was composed of Barangay Captains from the Solid Upland Cluster of Batangas City, who likewise joined the benchmarking activity to gain insights into Clark’s governance and service delivery practices. (CDC Photos)
