Lito Lapid donates 20 ambulances to Pampanga LGUs

PAMPANGA, Philippines – Senator Lito Lapid led the ceremonial distribution of 20 new ambulances to various local government units (LGUs) across the province of Pampanga on Monday, February 5.

Lapid was joined by Pampanga Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda, his son Mark Lapid—who serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA)—and several mayors from recipient municipalities and cities.

Vice Governor Pineda, speaking on behalf of Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, expressed gratitude to the senator for his continuous support and generosity toward Pampanga, particularly in healthcare and public service initiatives.

“This is a big help to our LGUs in responding to medical emergencies and ensuring that Kapampangans have access to proper healthcare,” said Pineda.

Aside from the ambulance donation, Lapid also led the inauguration of the newly constructed municipal hall and police station in Porac town, projects he also helped fund.

Lapid, a former governor of Pampanga, has been known for his local projects, including infrastructure development, healthcare assistance, and livelihood programs. His latest initiatives aim to improve emergency response and public service in the province.

The senator assured Pampanga officials and residents of his continued support, promising more projects that will benefit Kapampangans in the years to come.
