Lola Nor’s is also known for it’s tidtad (pork blood stew), pancit luglug (pancit palabok) with camias, meaty putung babi (bread with pork), nutty flavored tsokalate batirol (tablea drink stirred with a batirol, a wooden tool) and creamy tibuk-tibuk (maja blanca) made from carabao milk.
