MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – Councilors Noel Castro, Carlo Dizon, Cocoy Tiglao and Jerry Magsino, along with councilor-aspirants Basti David , paid a courtesy visit to aspirant Pampanga 1st District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. on May 1. The visit comes shortly after Lazatin endorsed the mayoral-vice mayoral slate of Geld Aquino and Jun Castro, sparking speculation that the councilors may be realigning their support in the upcoming 2025 local elections.
