PAMPANGA, Philippines – Former president and incumbent 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has been proclaimed reelected, securing another term in Congress.
Joining her in the province’s congressional lineup is Mica Gonzales, newly proclaimed 3rd District Representative. She succeeds her father, House Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio Gonzales Jr., who is serving his last term.
