Pampanga first district congressman JonJon Lazatin turn over the cash prize of P100, 000 to barangay Malabanias who won the 1st congressional cup at the AUF Arena. Joining him in the awarding his brother Pogi Lazatin who is running for city mayor of Angeles City.
Barangay Dau won the 1st place.
