Pampanga Board Member Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab says 21 towns and more than 50 schools will showcase their culinary skills during the 3-day Manyaman Food Festival 2023 presenting the culinary tradition of the Kapampangans at the SM City Pampanga Event Center.
The Manyaman Food Festival will kick off on Nov. 29 with the Manyaman Seminar-Worshop at the Benigno Aquino Hall; the Manyaman Food Expo 2023, at The Event Center featuring well-known Kapampangan dishes; Manyaman Food Expo Trade Fair; and Manyaman Food Festival Cook Off at the Capitol Grounds and Benigno Aquino Hall.
Pineda-Cayabyab said there is a need to constantly promote the culinary heritage of Pampanga province, which is the “Culinary Capital of the Philippines.” The Manyaman Festival will run from December 4-6, 2023.
