“Makers of superheroes”- this is how Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago described the teachers in the City of San Fernando, in time with the celebration of World Teachers’ Day on October 1, 2018, at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center.
Speaking before some public teachers, district supervisors, and school heads, Santiago congratulated the whole members of San Fernando academe, who continuously educate children to become “superheroes” of their own.
Santiago added that the celebration is recognition to them, for being instruments of what the children have become and will become in the future.
