Lubao Mayor Esmie Pineda and Pampanga Board Member Mylene Pineda-Cayabyab have extended free medical, dental, pediatrics, circumcision, and ophthalmic services to some 2,500 residents of Tinajero, Bacolor, on Saturday (Jan. 28).
