San Fernando City Mayor Vilma Caluag has officially filed her certificate of candidacy, launching her campaign for a second term. Caluag’s announcement comes amid a competitive landscape, as she prepares to face off against former provincial board member Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab.
Pineda-Cayabyab, who previously held the mayoral office, recently resigned from her role as a board member for the 2nd District to shift her voter registration to San Fernando City’s 3rd District.
