In a significant political development, former Pampanga 2nd District Board Member Mylyn Pineda Cayabyab and City of San Fernando Vice Mayor BJ “Tiger” Lagman have officially declared their candidacy as a tandem for the 2025 midterm elections.
The duo plans to file their Certificates of Candidacy today after the mass October 7, at the Commission on Elections. Pineda Cayabyab aims for the mayoral position, while Lagman seeks re-election as vice mayor.
Accompanying them will be the “My
San Fernando” council slate, which features candidates Kristel “Ato” Agustin, Doc Benjie Angeles, Tin “Kings” Chua, Perico Dizon Quiwa, alongside several incumbents including Rosemary “Nanay Kap” Calimlim, Ricky Olalia Hizon, Tina David-Lagman, Doc Ayzel Macalino, Rosalie “Alvin” Mendoza, and Angel “Puti” Wijangco.
