CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) on August 10 hosted the Entrance Briefing for the 2025 National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Inspection and Assessment at Bale Katimawan, Barangay Sto. Niño.
The activity was led by Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) Regional Director Evangeline R. Almirante, joined by chiefs of police, force commanders, and key officers of Pampanga PPO.
The annual NAPOLCOM Inspection and Assessment evaluates the performance, operational readiness, and compliance of the Philippine National Police (PNP) with established policies and standards. The process is a key accountability mechanism to ensure efficient, effective, and transparent public service delivery.
Pampanga PPO Provincial Director PCOL Eugene M. Marcelo affirmed the unit’s full support for the inspection’s objectives, stressing the command’s commitment to continuous improvement anchored on the PNP’s core values of service, honor, and justice.
