Netizens hit poor service of ComClark

Indignant residents of Angeles City lashed out at ComClark, now the Converge ICT Solutions Inc., for its alleged failure to address the poor Internet service.

“I have been noticing that since the last month, bandwidth during the hours of 10 pm to 6 am is really really low. I am using my cellular data right now and to think that my already slow data plan is far more useful than your (ComClark/Converge) supposed 100 mbps Internet speed,” said Eyds Patawaran Carreon in his Facebook account.

“I will not tolerate this. I am paying my bills on time and I will not take any bullcrap of an excuse that you will tell me. FYI our house is just a few meters from your main line/connection so no ‘We are undergoing maintenance’ or ‘You might be far from our internet source’ crap will be accepted,” said Carreon.

Carreon said he will file a case at the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) “if this continues.”

Carreon furthered: “At walang public site ang Comclark to file technical problems. To think ISP sila di ba. Sent my issue to the NTC page already.”

Reign Gerundio echoed the views of Carreon urging Comclark to “please monitor your client’s concern.”

“We thought you were the best connection here in Angeles, but you are giving low speed kawawa yung may mga business. Please resolve this problem,” said Gerundio.

“We’ve made the mistake of getting Comclark two months ago. I knew that Philippines has the worst Internet in the world, and its obvious that the major contributor is Comclark..the company needs to find people with higher intelligence to operate the company and the system.

I highly recommend that you seek Internet service from any other company because there can’t be anyone worst than Comclark. If anyone out there can suggest a proper provider here in Punta Verde, Magalang, Pampanga please let me know,” said Ley Ksenych.

“Bulok po talaga ung Comclark na yan,” said Kevin Logs.

ComClark Network and Technology Corporation, owned by businessman Dennis Uy, is one of the Internet providers in Angeles City. The other one is the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company.

OrbitNews tried to reach Mr. Uy for comment but he was unavailable.
