SUBIC BAY FREEPORT– Bureau of Customs–Port of Subic has its new District Collector, Atty. Ricardo Uy Morales II, who formally assumed office on Monday, April 1.
Morales previously served as the District Collector of the Ports of Clark and Cebu.
He attended his inaugural flag raising ceremony on Monday at the BOC grounds where he rallied the port’s workforce to join him in forging a path toward enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
“I am deeply humbled and honored to lead the esteemed team here at the Port of Subic. Let us unite our efforts and energies as we strive relentlessly to uphold the integrity of our operations and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s economic prosperity, “said Morales.
He underscored the significance of unity and collaboration in navigating the challenges and seizing the opportunities expressing his profound enthusiasm for the journey ahead.
