CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — PBGen. Valeriano De Leon assumed today as the new Police Regional Director in Central Luzon, replacing PBGen. Rhodel Sermonia.
Philippine National Police Chief PGen. Camilo Pancratius Cascolan led the Change of Command Ceremony Wednesday afternoon.
In a statement, Police Regional Office 3 said De Leon is a member of the Philippine Military Academy Makatao Class of 1989 and a classmate of Sermonia.
Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Director of the Directorate for Human Resource Doctrine and Development.
