Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) Chairperson Hilario B. Paredes and President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang recently participated in the 15th Japan–Philippines High-Level Joint Committee Meeting on Infrastructure Development and Economic Cooperation, emphasizing New Clark City’s role in advancing the country toward upper middle-income status.
During the meeting, Engr. Bingcang underscored New Clark City’s investment potential, particularly for Japanese firms. He highlighted key development milestones, including a landmark partnership with Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. to develop a 100-hectare industrial park aimed at attracting high-value investments.

These initiatives align with BCDA’s commitment to supporting the Marcos administration’s economic agenda by positioning New Clark City as a premier hub for innovation, industry, and sustainable growth.
