MABALACAT CITY — City Mayor Marino ‘Boking’ Morales and local officials here led the inauguration and blessing of the newly-built three-storey police station on Wednesday at Barangay Dau.
“Nagpapasalamat tayo sa ating mga masisipag na nanunungkulan dito sa Mabalacat. Napakaconvenient po ng ating bagong Compac at asahan po ninyo na mas paiigtingin pa ng ating mga kapulisan ang seguridad sa buong siyudad,” Mabalacat Chief of Police Superintendent Juritz Rara said.
Morales expressed his gratitude to a comrade named Nemencio Pulumbarit Jr. for donating the 100-square meter land area.
Soon to rise is another police station situated on a 1,087 square-meter land area in San Rafael Subdivision, Barangay Mabiga.
Joining Morales in the inauguration are Pampanga Police Provincial Public Information Officer Superintendent Abel Lingat, Board Member Benny Jocson, Vice Mayor Christian Halili, Councilors Rox Pena and Dan Bayani, ABC President Oscar Aurelio, DILG Officer Rita Gotiangco, and the barangay chairmen here.
