CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda administered the oath of office to the newly elected officials of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) – Pampanga Chapter, led by president Maynard Lapid and vice president Rolando Dueñas Balingit.
Lapid assured collaboration with the provincial government to address the needs of councilors across the province, particularly on health and education programs.
Other officers include Secretary General Mark Louie Tongol Arceo, Treasurer Jerome Ian Sumang Gaddi, Auditor Edith Velasquez Kabigting, PRO Renato Quiambao Gopez, and Business Manager Patricia Anne Acorda.
Also sworn in were Federation Directors Patricia Anne Acorda, Venacio S. Macapagal, Donato Kabigting III, Joan Manugue Carreon, Nelson David Dizon, Renz Louie Matic Canias, Michael Angelo T. Lopez, Allen Maglalang Dungo, and Jennifer Navarro Macalino.
Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon, Cherry Manalo, Atty. Claire Lim, Christian Halili, Dr. Kaye Naguit, and Vice Governor’s Chief of Staff Angelina Blanco also joined the oath-taking rites.
