CAMILING, Tarlac – Disaster Response Teams from the Philippine Air Force Tactical Operations Group 3 (TOG 3), under the Armed Forces of the Philippines Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM), rescued families stranded by rising floodwaters in Barangay Cacamilingan Norte.

Using a rubber boat, the team braved chest-deep waters to reach affected residents, working closely with the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) of Tarlac.

After the rescue operations, TOG 3 airmen also distributed relief goods to the evacuees and remained on standby for further missions as heavy rains continued to threaten the area.

NOLCOM said the operation is part of its ongoing commitment to support disaster-hit communities in coordination with local governments.
