CAMILING, Tarlac — Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM), in cooperation with the Army 3rd Mechanized Infantry Battalion and Tarlac Heritage Foundation, recently conducted a community service and gift giving activity in Balloc Elementary School and Papaac Elementary School.
In a statement, NOLCOM Public Information Officer Ltc. Isagani Nato said the gift giving program highlights the bayanihan efforts of the unified command and other stakeholders to further reach out to the populace within its area of responsibility.
“We will pursue our non-traditional role of providing support to national development, together with all stakeholders, in order to uplift the lives of the Filipino people,” Nato added.
