OFW to file adultery, administrative cases against Hermosa village chief

HERMOSA, Bataan—–An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) will lodge adultery case in court against his wife and  barangay captain in this first-class town whose illicit affair bore an offspring.

A separate administrative case at the Department of Interior Local Government (DILG) will also be losged against the village official.      

Elmer Limpiado currently in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, sought help from broadcast journalist Raffy Tulfo of TV 5’s “Wanted sa Radyo” program will file criminal complaint against his wife Annie Grezel Limpiado and Brgy. Sumalo, Hermosa Barangay Chairman Rolly Martinez, and the administrative case at the Office of the Ombudsman to the latter.

The famous televison program with millions of followers worldwide, according to Tulfo, will assist the complainant in the filing of cases. 

The visibly pained complainant said on the program that he was shock to learn recently that his wife was pregnant, and a week later bore a child. 

PB Martinez admitted live on the program that he is indeed the father of the child. 

“Isang beses lang po nangyari yan wala naman kami talagang relasyon,” Martinez insisted during the live broadcast. 

The barangay captain said he met Limpiado’s wife who is  working as barangay clerk of the League of the Barangay in the province. 

Atty. Garreth Tungol, legal counsel of Wanted sa Radyo program and ACT-CIS Party List, said there is a strong criminal case against the wife and the barangay captain.

The lawyer said that Martinez could be removed from his post with the filing of administrative case at the DILG. The Limpiado couple has three children. 

The complainant who appeared in deep pain and cried during interview at the program said he is devastated by the infedility and their children were uttterly ashamed especially their eldest 17-year-old daughter.
