Two alleged illegal drug pushers were arrested in a buy-bust operation by the police at No. 69 compound, Hansen Street, Barangay East Tapinac this morning, October 5th, 2022, in this city.
On the other hand, one of their comrades is still being pursued by the police after he jumped to the other compound away from the operation area.
Confiscated from the custody of the suspects were two (2) sachets of suspected shabu, with an estimated weight of six (6) grams and worth Php 40,800.00 and and a 500-peso bill that served as buy bust money.
The said suspects are facing charges of violation of Section 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
