With the Ber months now on full throttle, AirAsia Philippines is gearing up for a surge in travelers planning to spend their holiday bonuses and savings on flights.
To help guests get the best value for their money, AirAsia Philippines is offering some insider hacks for scoring the best deals when booking via the AirAsia MOVE app or airasia.com:
- Book your flights at least 21-30 days in advance for the best rates. Airfares are also lower when you schedule your travel during low season or off peak.
- Avoid booking flights on Mondays and Fridays as these are considered as ‘busy days’. Opt instead for quieter travel days like Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
- Consider choosing early morning and red-eye flights which are cheaper than those during peak hours.
For guests looking to take advantage of PISO and other seasonal promos, consider these additional tips:
1. Stay updated on promos – guests may follow Fly AirAsia on Facebook and TikTok, and AirAsia and airasia Philippines on X for real-time updates on fare sales.
2. A stable and fast connection is key to smoothly completing your transaction.
3. Book your flights on the wee hours of the first day of the promo as PISO and other sales are activated during 12 midnight. Booking during these early hours increases your chances of securing the best possible deals.
“Many of our guests are now planning their holiday travels, and knowing the right booking strategies can help them maximize savings. These hacks are also intended to educate our guests on managing their travel plans, ensuring they make the most out of their travel budgets”, AirAsia Philippines Communications and Public Affairs Head First Officer Steve Dailisan shares.
