The Provincial Government under the leadership of Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda has granted cash incentives to 4,570 scholars.
Governor Delta spearheaded the distribution alongside Board Member Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab in two separate venues held at Bren Z Guiao Convention Center here and Guagua National Colleges (GNC) in the town of Guagua.
According to the governor the program marks a significant role in supporting the education of young Kapampangans.
