Joint elements of the Pampanga police and Mexico police have arrested two suspects who yielded 305 grams of shabu worth P2 million during a buy-bust operation on Thursday afternoon in Mexico, Pampanga.
Pampanga police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay identified the suspects as Ali Malik alias “Alex,” 31, of Blk-169, Lot-7, Paliparan-II, Dasmariñas City, Cavite; and Abulais Omadan alias “Abu,” 26, of Blk-1, Lot-1, Bgy., San Antonio De Padua-2, Dasmariñas City, Cavite. The two suspects were arrested in a drug operation in Brgy. Lagundi, Mexico, Pampanga.
Confiscated were four plastic sachets contained shabu weighing at least 305 grams; a weighing scale; P500 bill and P9,500 marked money; a cellphone; and a sling bag containing P1,785 cash. Police impounded the Toyota Vios used by the suspects.
The two suspects were brought to the PIU office and will be charged with violation of Sections 5 in Relation to Sec 26 and 11, Article II of RA 9165.
