Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 (RO3) anti-drug operatives seized 20 small bricks of hashish amounting to more or less P5.6 million during a buy bust operation on Monday.
PBGen Rhodel Sermonia, PRO3 police regional director said that joint operatives of the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 3, Regional Intelligence Division- Special Concern Unit 3 and PDEARO3 under the supervision of PCol Pedro Soliba, deputy regional director for operation conducted buy-bust operation along OG Road, Brgy. Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga which resulted to the arrest Roland Dela Rama, resident of Brgy. Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga.
Seized from the suspect were 20 pieces small bricks of resinous substance suspected to be marijuana hashish , weighing more or less 2,000 grams with street value of more or less P5.6M placed inside a milk powder box; P1,000.00 peso bill marked money and three bundles of P1,000 boodle money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Section 5 Art II RA 9165 is now being readied for filing in court against the suspect.
“We continue working double time to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs in the region, as we are relentless in our anti-drug operations, ” Sermonia said.
