Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Central Luzon on Tuesday arrested three drug suspects, who are allegedly involved in the bulk distribution of shabu in Bulacan and its nearby town.
The three suspects yielded 75 grams of shabu worth P510,000 during the entrapment operation at a mall’s open parking lot.
The suspects were identified as Nerissa Sarmiento alias Joan, 48, of 228 Bgy. Perez, Bulacan, Bulacan; Lecil May Ladjahasan, 47, of Bgy. San Francisco Kapulid, Bulacan; and Adih Ismael, 25, of 19 A Basilian St., Salam Compound Bgy. Culiat, Quezon City.
Authorities recovered at least 75 grams of shabu and the marked money.
The sting operation was jointly conducted by agents of PDEA Central Luzon, PDEA NCR and PNP counterparts.
All the three suspects will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165.
