MAGALANG, PAMPANGA—The Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (PamCham) and Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) have renewed their Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Sibul Technology Business Incubator (TBI), reinforcing their commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship in agribusiness and technology commercialization. The signing, held at PSAU on March 21, 2025, was led by PamCham President Atty. Paul L. Yusi and Director Dr. Robert H. Lo, alongside PamCham Chairman Rene G. Romero and other stakeholders.
The Sibul TBI initiative aims to support entrepreneurs, researchers, and students in developing sustainable business solutions in agriculture, aquaculture, and natural resources. “Through Sibul TBI, we provide the necessary resources and guidance to drive economic growth and innovation,” said PamCham Chairman Rene G. Romero, emphasizing the Chamber’s role in fostering industry-academe collaboration.
Under the renewed MOA, Atty. Paul L. Yusi has been appointed as PamCham’s representative to the Sibul TBI Board of Advisory (BOA), with Dr. Robert H. Lo as his alternate. This leadership ensures PamCham’s continued involvement in guiding innovation-driven programs and projects. The partnership underscores PamCham and PSAU’s shared vision of advancing technology, entrepreneurship, and economic development in Pampanga and Central Luzon.
