CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—The Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (PamCham), through its Business Development, Training, and Education Committee, has successfully conducted the “Pillars of Leadership Excellence: Leadership Masterclass for Entrepreneurs & Key Business Leaders” at the Carworld Training Room, LausGroup Complex along Jose Abad Santos Avenue.
Facilitated by Atty. Ran Mendoza with the assistance of Chef Felix Asuncion, the session highlighted the R.I.S.E. workshop, designed to equip participants with practical tools to improve workplace performance, enhance team dynamics, and foster leadership excellence.
PamCham said the program sought to empower entrepreneurs and executives to “rise above challenges” by developing clarity of purpose and strengthening self-awareness, enabling them to overcome limiting belief systems and unlock their full potential.
PamCham Chairman Jim Jimenez, Vice Chairman Terry David-Carlos, and President Atty. Paul L. Yusi joined the sessions, welcoming participants and reaffirming the Chamber’s commitment to nurturing strong leaders in Pampanga’s growing business community.
Committee chair Vickee Ong, who spearheaded the initiative, was commended for organizing the event, which further underscores PamCham’s role as a catalyst for business development and leadership advancement in Central Luzon.
