The lady governor, for her part, stressed that PCSO constantly partners with the provincial government in providing excellent health care to the marginalized sector.
“Alam ko malaking tulong ito sa PCSO at malaking tulong din ito sa mga Kapampangan. Para ito sa kapakanan ng ating sambayanan,” the governor said.
In response, the personnel of PCSO led by Maria Lourdes Siscar-Soliman, Pampanga Branch manager told the Governor, “Pauli ning Lugud at kayapan a pepakit mu kekami, ibye mi ing kekaming agyu para makapagserbisyo kaming mayap king balen ning Pampanga na kekang luluguran, (Because of your love and concern that you show to us, we will do our best to serve the people of Pampanga that you really love and care)”.

Ding balang luklukan at lamesa at madetalyeng pamangalinga mu kekami yang gawan ming basiyan ning kekaming serbisyu (The beautiful office that you gave us serves as our inspiration. Each chair and table and your profound caress to each of the personnel (of the PCSO) will be our basis of serving the people)”, the PCSO Pampanga personnel added.
Beside the new building, the provincial government is providing another P4 million PCSO storage building which is under construction to complete the facility and furniture requirements of the agency with a total amount of P19-million.
Corpuz took the opportunity to thank the governor for her generosity in providing a new office building that guarantees government services readily available to the people.
“ Akala ko maganda lang, pero nakita ko sobrang ganda pala ng building (I thought it is beautiful but I was surprised because the building is so beautiful.) Again, PCSO is grateful to the province of Pampanga for providing our branch office here with a working area that is conducive for the personnel and for the public,” Corpuz said.
Corpuz lauded the governor for setting an example to other governors in the country to do the same. He also noted the assurance to use the building responsibly with utmost care.
He also cited Pampanga for starting STL as the only legal gambling since its outset in 2006 and has continued to provide millions of revenue to the government.
At present, PCSO has provided more than P1 billion cash assistance to the poor Cabalen since the governor assumed to office in 2010 and still continuous to allot P800, 000 a day as financial aid to those who are in dire need of medical assistance.
