
City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Pampanga provincial government continues to provide much-needed assistance to residents of the Northville resettlement area, offering free access to clean water, roofing materials, and support for women.
Water Access for Communities

Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda led the installation of community water pumps, ensuring households have access to safe and sustainable water. The initiative, implemented through the Alagang Nanay Preventive Healthcare Program, has resulted in the installation and repair of over 50 water pumps, according to the Provincial Government Environment and Natural Resources Office (PG-ENRO). Residents also received free water pails to aid in water collection.
Shelter Assistance for Families

The Provincial Engineering Office distributed roofing materials and carried out home repairs for vulnerable families. So far, more than 190 households in San Fernando have benefited from this rehabilitation effort.
Women’s Month Celebration

In line with Women’s Month, over 2,000 women from Northville Resettlement received hygiene kits and financial aid, reinforcing the provincial government’s commitment to empowering women through concrete support.
These initiatives highlight the Pineda administration’s ongoing mission to improve the lives of Kapampangans through sustainable and community-driven programs.
