PAMPANGA, Philippines – The provincial government placed Pampanga under a state of calamity after severe flooding hit 224 barangays in 18 towns and cities. Over 160,000 families have been affected. Initial damage estimates show losses reaching ₱470 million in agriculture and ₱170 million in infrastructure.
