CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—A total of 62 Farmers Cooperative and Associations (FCA) in Pampanga received small farm machineries worth P20 million from the provincial government on Tuesday, February 4. The distribution, held at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center, was facilitated through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA).

Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda led the turnover ceremony, providing equipment such as shallow tube wells, hand tractors, knapsack sprayers, seed spreaders, open surface pumps, and mini tillers. The initiative aims to enhance agricultural productivity and ease the workload of farmers across the province.

Expressing their gratitude, representatives of the FCAs acknowledged the provincial government’s continuous support for the agricultural sector. They noted that the modern equipment would significantly improve their farming efficiency and income generation.

Joining the governor in the distribution program were Special Assistant to the Governor Angelina Blanco, OPA Head Jimmy Manliclic, and other OPA officials. The initiative aligns with the province’s ongoing efforts to strengthen local agriculture and support farmers in adapting to modern farming techniques.
