The companies closed after the Clark Development Corp. (CDC) issued a cease-and-desist order, citing their failure to meet financial and contractual obligations.
The workers, seeking salary and benefits, were left stranded after the abrupt shutdown. Governor Pineda’s move ensures that legal support will be provided to help them claim the compensation they are owed.
