The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations (CREBA) launched its National Convention 2024, emphasizing the burgeoning real estate sector in Pampanga. CREBA National President Noel Toti Carino declared that the province is at the forefront of the real estate boom in the Philippines.
Running from October 16 to 18, the convention has attracted over 400 attendees from a registered membership of 3,700. Under the theme “Philippine Real Estate and Housing: Navigating the Next Decade,” the event highlights the industry’s vital role in economic development.
The convention commenced with a golf tournament at Beverly Place Golf Club, followed by a welcome dinner at Lakeshore in Mexico, Pampanga. On the second day, Hilton Clark Sun Valley will host the main convention activities, including housing and trade exhibits. House Deputy Speaker Camille Villar will lead a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside key local officials.
Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, President of the Clark Development Corporation, will deliver the opening message, discussing “Catalyzing Economic Growth and Innovation.” Various sessions will address critical topics such as partnerships, food security, and green building strategies, featuring insights from industry executives and government representatives.
The convention will also include a developers’ forum and keynote addresses from influential figures, including Senator Imee Marcos. Carño noted that Pampanga’s strategic location and robust infrastructure are driving unprecedented growth in housing and commercial developments. As the event concludes, resolutions will be approved, with a gala night to celebrate the industry’s achievements. The presscon was presided by Hauzland President Atty.
