
PAMPANGA, Philippines – The Pampanga Police Provincial Office kicked off the PD’s Firearms Proficiency Cup on Thursday, August 1, at the Bacolor Practical Shooting Range in Barangay Cabetican, Bacolor.
The two-day shooting event aims to sharpen law enforcement’s marksmanship, discipline, and tactical skills while fostering camaraderie among police units and civilian shooters.


PBGen Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., PRO 3 regional director, and Pampanga police chief Col. Eugene Marcelo led the ceremonial shoot alongside other key officials.
The competition features teams from municipal and city police stations and gun enthusiasts across Luzon. The event runs until August 2.
