Pampanga police passes 2nd ISO audit

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) has once again proven its commitment to excellence, passing its 2nd surveillance audit for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) on April 3, 2025.

The audit was conducted by external auditor Rhene Rose M. Zara of Rheinland, along with ISO Secretariat member Ma. Theresa N. Policarpio from the Directorate for Plans. The Pampanga PPO ISO Team also participated in the evaluation.

Setting the Standard in Central Luzon

Since earning ISO certification in August 2023, Pampanga PPO remains the only provincial police office in Central Luzon to hold the distinction. Meanwhile, San Fernando Police Station is the only station-level unit in the region with ISO 9001:2015 certification, highlighting the province’s commitment to quality policing.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification ensures efficient processes, high-quality service, and continuous improvement. Regular surveillance audits like this one confirm compliance and identify areas for further enhancement.

Commitment to Excellence

Pampanga PPO Provincial Director PCOL Jay C. Dimaandal credited the team’s dedication for the achievement.

“This is a collective effort by our personnel, ensuring that our operations align with international quality standards. We are committed to continuous improvement so that our police force remains responsive, efficient, and trusted by the community,” he said.

With its continued ISO certification, Pampanga PPO sets a benchmark for law enforcement in the region, proving that professionalism and integrity can be consistently upheld.
