City of San Fernando — At least 800 scavengers received incentives from Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “ Delta” Pineda in a gathering held at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center the other day.

Michael Regala, one of the staff in-charge facilitating the distribution said each scavenger received 25 kilos of rice with canned goods plus P1,000 cash.

The lady governor and the vice governor supervise the distribution and told them to continue striving for their good future.

Imelda Estrada, a solo parent and mother of seven children from Maimpis, City of San Fernando, thanked Nanay Governor and Vice Governor Delta for their continuous support for the less fortunate Kabalens like her.

Board Members Pritzie David-Dizon, Tonton Torres, Rosve Henson, Cherry Manalo, PDRRMO Head Angie Blanco, PENRO Head Arthur Punzalan along with the Provincial Treasurer’s Office (PTO) and PESO staff graced the occasion. –AIDA B. BUNGUE
