Pig farm-cum-shabu lab raided in Magalang town

The hierarchy of an international drug syndicate composed mainly of Chinese operating in Pampanga province may have been slowly crumbling.

This, after combined elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) raided a hog farm-turned-shabu laboratory in Magalang town on Wednesday.

The Jay Wong farm is located in Sitio Kabayong Sarul, Barangay San Ildefonso in Magalang town. The farm operated by Chinese nationals is near the PNP Regional Training Center and the Central Luzon Drug Rehabilitation Center (CLDRC) in nearby Barangay Sto. Nino.

Villanueva said chemicals and precursors in manufacturing shabu have been recovered. ‘Shabu’ ready for distribution was also recovered at the underground facility.

Equipment for manufacturing shabu were also seized.
