Plan your summer getaway with AirAsia Philippines at the BPI Awesome Travel Fair 2025

Manila, Philippines — AirAsia Philippines is taking travel rewards to new heights, offering Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) cardholders an exclusive 20% discount on flights to domestic and international destinations at the Awesome Travel Fair 2025.

Happening at One Ayala Concourse, Makati City from February 27 to March 2, 2025 AirAsia guests may book from as low as Php 1,083 one-way base fare for Kalibo and Php 2,235 for Macao with a travel period that runs from March 10 to November 30, 2025.

This offer comes at the ideal time for summer travelers, allowing them to secure the best fares early while avoiding the peak-season booking rush.

In Summer 2024, AirAsia Philippines flew around 2 million passengers, a number expected to grow this year as the airline continues to roll out exciting deals and travel promotions.

“At AirAsia, we’re constantly seeking innovative ways to provide exceptional value to everyone. Beyond our renowned P1SO fares, we leverage strategic partnerships, such as our collaboration with BPI, to democratize access to meaningful travel journeys–creating more opportunities for Filipinos, whether they are exploring on their own, expanding business horizons, or going to their dream destinations,” AirAsia Philippines Communications and Public Affairs Head, First Officer Steve Dailisan shares.

To make the most of these deals, passengers are encouraged to plan ahead, including understanding AirAsia’s baggage policies to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey.

Baggage Policy

Passengers (except infants) can bring two small bags on board, such as a cabin bag, laptop bag, or handbag, with a total weight limit of 7 kg. The cabin bag should be no larger than 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm, and the small bag should not exceed 30 cm x 40 cm x 10 cm. Both must fit under the seat or in the overhead bin. If your unchecked baggage exceeds the 7 kg limit, you may purchase additional weight allowance in advance to avoid higher fees at the airport.

For checked baggage, passengers can buy one checked bag per booking, with a total weight limit of 60 kg. However, no single bag can weigh more than 32 kg for safety reasons.
