THE Zambales police are now investigating the death of a Philippine Navy trainee at the Naval Educational Training and Doctrine Command (NETDC) in Bgy. West Dirita, San Antonio, Zambales on Saturday.
The fatality was identified as Adrian Asence, 26, resident of #5 Pin St., Rodolfo Compound, Bgy. West Dirita, San Antonio, Zambales.
Initial probe revealed the victim and his other classmates were sitting on the training grounds and waiting for their training officer, Asence suddenly collapsed prompting other trainees to rush him to the NETDC Hospital
However, he was pronounced dead upon arrival by attending physician Dr. Maj. Iris Anne Santa Maria Parcon.
The SOCO sssistance has been requested by the family for an autopsy.
