MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., who is running unopposed for congressman of Pampanga’s 1st District, has formally endorsed the candidacies of Atty. Geld Aquino and Jun Castro under the Bagong Henerasyon team in Mabalacat City.
Lazatin expressed confidence in Aquino and Castro’s leadership, saying they share his vision of good governance and service-oriented leadership for the people of Mabalacat.
Aquino is vying for the mayoralty post, while Castro is running for vice mayor under the Bagong Henerasyon banner, a team positioning itself as an alternative to the current local administration.
