PORAC, Pampanga – To ease congestion along Manibaug Paralaya–Manibaug Libutad Road, the Municipality of Porac began implementing Executive Order No. 2, which enforces a new traffic rerouting scheme for motorists entering the Angeles–Porac Highway from Aguas Subdivision. Mayor Jing Capil, Vice Mayor Jen Capil, and local officials led the rollout, ensuring smoother traffic flow and safer roads for residents.
