PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI), the affordable housing unit of listed developer Century Properties Group, Inc. in partnership with Japan’s global business enterprise Mitsubishi Corporation is expanding to northern Luzon with the launching of its housing units in Pandi, Bulacan.
Project endorser and Asia’s Multimedia Star and Kapuso actor Alden Richards graced the launching of the Pandi project that unveils on Saturday, the first in Central Luzon, the eleven hectares out of the planned eighteen hectares, with an initial P1.6-billion inventory of the planned P2.9-billion in total sales revenues.
It is a follow up to the success of Phirst’s first three communities in Tanza, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas and in San Pablo, Laguna which has sold 3,800 homes valued at P6.4-billion as of August of 2019.
With the addition of the Pandi project, Phirst Park Homes’ footprint now covers 75.2 hectares and 7,908 units worth P13.3 billion.
PPHI in Pandi is also accessible via the Sta. Maria-Pandi Road from the Bocaue or Balagtas exits of the North Luzon Expressway.
Ricky Celis, President of PPHI said the gated community will have 24/7 security with installed CCTVs in public areas, a shuttle service going to and from key retail establishments and transport terminals, and activity nodes that include table and life-size versions of popular board games such as chess, checkers, chinese checkers, snakes and ladders and Tic Tac Toe.
PPHI aims to roll out of eleven more out of fifteen master-planned communities in the next four years to address the country’s reported housing backlog of 6.6 million.
This year, PPHI will further expand in the growth areas of CALABARZON and Central Luzon.
