President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has appointed Vivencio “Vince” Dizon as the new Secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOTr), replacing Jaime Bautista, who resigned due to health reasons. Effective February 21, Dizon, former BCDA chief and COVID-19 testing czar, has already begun the transition process, according to reports.
