Primac Medical Arts Complex Inc. held its topping-off ceremony today, October 16, in Barangay Pampang, Angeles City. The company, led by President Dr. Pio Rafael Lim, aims to elevate healthcare services in the region.
The state-of-the-art medical facility will feature a 9-story medical arts tower integrated with a 3-story commercial, wellness, and lifestyle complex. It will house 50 multi-specialty doctors’ clinics, 3 operating theaters for ambulatory surgery, a Lasik eye center, a cardiac catheterization lab, a 30-bed hemodialysis center, an extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy center, an MRI facility, and a diagnostic laboratory. Additional amenities include business offices, a conference room, a rooftop tennis court, a fitness center, and a research, data analytics, and AI center.
According to Chairman Dr. Ricardo Lim, Primac is a newly established stock corporation with a vision to ensure universal access to high-quality and affordable healthcare. The complex is also open for investment opportunities, with plans to become the premier healthcare and lifestyle destination in Angeles City, Pampanga.
