CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – A series of anti-drug operations led by the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) resulted in the arrest of two high-value individuals (HVIs) and the confiscation of over PHP 780,000 worth of shabu, along with illegal firearms, in separate operations in Nueva Ecija and Bulacan.
In a buy-bust operation on February 22, 2025, at around 7:20 AM, operatives from the Cabanatuan City Police Station’s Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) arrested alias “Omba,” 34, and alias “Sheena,” 20, both from Caloocan City, along Maharlika Highway, Brgy. Sumacab Este, Cabanatuan City. Authorities seized 75 grams of suspected shabu valued at PHP 510,000.

Earlier, on February 21, at around 4:30 PM, Norzagaray Municipal Police conducted another buy-bust in Brgy. Tigbe, Norzagaray, Bulacan, leading to the arrest of alias “Bulag,” 43; alias “Anno,” 29; alias “Roger,” 40; and alias “Nold,” 47. Police recovered 40.13 grams of suspected shabu worth PHP 272,884, along with a loaded .38-caliber revolver, an improvised shotgun (sumpak), and additional shotgun rounds.
“These operations highlight our commitment to dismantling the illegal drug trade and ensuring public safety,” said PRO3 Regional Director PBGen Jean S. Fajardo.
Fajardo urged the public to support the anti-drug campaign by reporting suspicious activities through police hotlines or the nearest station.
