Members of the Shincheonji Church of Jesus in Daegu City in South Korea who recovered from coronavirus disease have donated plasma for the development of COVID-19 vaccines.
A total of 500 people participated in the five-day plasma donation held on July 13 to July 17, through the Korean Red Cross vehicles located at the front gate of Kyungpook National University Hospital.
“I sincerely pray that the plasma donation from the members of Shincheonji Church of Jesus in Daegu will be a step forward in ending the coronavirus in Korea and around the world,” said Mr. Man Hee Lee, the founder and chairman of Shincheonji.
