Clark Development Corporation President and CEO Atty. In her message during the commemoration of the First Kamikaze Takeoff and the 80th Anniversary held at the Kamikaze West Airfield, Devanadera emphasized how this legacy extends beyond the war, embodying ideals of peace and the courage to build bridges among nations.
The event, organized by the Tokkotai Memorial Foundation in collaboration with Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), served as a solemn tribute to the Kamikaze pilots. Devanadera acknowledged their historical significance and their role in shaping history.
